SUNSHINE PRE-SCHOOL AT BERKSHIRE SOUTH
Emphasizing Communication, Creativity and Self-Esteem
Sunshine is our EEC licensed and N.A.E.Y.C. accredited program for children 2 years - 9 months to Kindergarten ready. Sunshine's hours of operation are school year September to June, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and then 9:00 to 3:00 during the school vacation calendar (February, April and December). Sunshine also offers 8 weeks of Summer Fun June 30 - August 31 from 9 am to 3 pm. Enrollment space is limited.
Sunshine Pre-School requires pre-registration.

Children 3 to 5 years old will enjoy a preschool summer experience with art, crafts, creative movement, singing, nature, outdoor and indoor play, and full body water play in our splash playground. Sign up for one or all 8 weeks (full weeks only). Enrollment space is limited.

BABIES IN BUBBLES
Our introductory aquatic classes for children 6 months to 3 years foster parent/child (parent/guardian participation) bonding, safety, and water familiarization through the use of toys and games. This course is designed into 2 time slots. Pre-registration is required.

WADDLERS IN WAVES

This class introduces children to water safety and beginning swimming skills. Toys and swimming aids are used to help the child begin to understand rhythmic breathing and stroking. Parent participation is not required. Pre-registration is required.

3-RING CIRCUS

This adult/child program is an exciting “circus” of activity! In Ring #1: Songs, stories and a craft. In Ring #2: Tumbling, Balls, Hula-hoops, Bean-bags, Parachute and at special times the “Bouncy Castle.” Weather permitting, the outdoor playground is also available. Then it’s off to Ring #3: A splash party with our splash toys in our splash playground. Adult participation is required. Recommended for children 2 to 5 years.

SATURDAY FAMILY FUN PLAYGROUPS
This new Saturday morning play group program offers a wonderful opportunity to play and create with your child. We'll start with songs and games and then explore your child's creative side with a new art project each week. Bring a snack (peanut and tree-nut free) and enjoy a story that ties in with the activity, and then it is off to the splash pool for awesome water fun! Adult participation and pre-registration required 48 hours in advance by calling 413-528-2810 ext 16.

Your child will learn basic ballet vocabulary while emphasizing dance. Berkshire South’s Pre-Ballet course introduces feet and arm positions as your mini-ballerinas and premiere dancers gain balance, coordination and grace.
