Early Childhood programs are for children 2years 9 months through 5 years.
Our early childhood programs foster a bond between a child and their parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle etc… There are also a variety of programs designed to introduce your child to activities like swimming, creative movement, language, dance, story telling and arts & crafts.

Our Youth programs cater to children 6 years through 12 years.
Our youth programs range from Out-Of-School Childcare for before school, after school, vacation weeks and snowy days to enrichment opportunities that include swimming, sports, crafts, theater, music and arts & crafts. Through these programs and the interaction with other children our participants begin to learn how to co-operate and respect the values of others.

Our Teen programs cater to youth ages 13 through 17.
The focus for this active group is sports, adventure and life skills. Basketball, soccer and volleyball games are offered in the gym. There are canoeing and hiking opportunities in the outdoors and programs that will enhance their ability to make appropriate decisions as they encounter new challenges.

Our adult and senior programs cater to those 18 years of age and up.
Health, wellness and fun is the dominant theme. A variety of aquatic and floor fitness classes along with a complete cardio and weight room with professional staff is offered to enhance one's quality of life. Lectures and workshops on retirement, financial health and caregiver issues are also available.

The core of Berkshire South Regional Community Center is fun for everyone! In our family and community programs, everyone can participate together, learning to build community and common purpose as one.

Clubs, tournaments, concerts and holiday activities are offered throughout the year to bring families together and provide community residents a chance to make new friends. Our facilities are also available for birthday parties and other special family and business events.
