Special Olympics Unified Sports® Soccer Age 8 & up

Individuals with and without special needs are invited to participate together in this program that involves practice, drills, and friendly competition for all levels. Do you want to share a love of soccer

Babysitters Meet ‘n Greet Parents

Come and meet youth that have completed our American Red Cross Babysitter’s Course. These youth are ready to be

Harvest Family Fun

Spend the morning soaking in the aroma and vibrancy of the fall season with the family. There will be activities for kids of all ages including holiday centerpiece making, face painting, sack races, relay races, arts and crafts, and more! Hot cider and donuts will be served. Meditation on the Breath

In this lecture / workshop you will learn about meditation and various types of concentration practices used, then experience
and practice a meditation technique that uses the sensation of breath as an object of concentration.
Bhavani Lorraine Nelson, a 20-year Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health program director and Kripalu Yoga teacher, has practiced and led various forms of meditation for almost 40 years across the U.S. and Canada.

Susan Cohen has taught Yoga for 20 years and has been a foot reflexologist since 1987. She is also trained in Shiatsu, massage and Thai massage, and is certified to work with heart and cancer patients.
