ADAPTIVE PROGRAMS
BSRCC is continuously striving to address the needs of all our members. At the Center you will find a specially trained team that offers classes and individualized trainings for all abilities. Our adaptive member base is a priority to us, and we continue to educate ourselves in order to address the needs of these members while staying focused on keeping our programs accessible and adaptable to everyone.
If you have specific adaptive needs you would like to see addressed here at BSRCC, please pick up a program adaptation request form in the lobby and we’ll work to adapt to your needs.
Swim with Us Adapted Swim Lessons
Age 3 and up
Thursday evenings
6:30-7 p.m. and 7-7:30 p.m.

While all of our aquatic programs welcome individuals who have special needs, this 8-week session is for those who would have trouble participating in traditional lessons. Our small group sizes allow for individualized instruction, and maximize learning for each student. To sign up or volunteer, please call the Aquatics Department at 413-528-2810 ext. 20.

Special Olympics Unified Sports® Basketball
Age 8 & up
Tuesdays 4-5 p.m. Nov 1-March 20

Individuals with and without special needs are invited to participate together in this program that involves practice, drills, and friendly competition for all levels. We’re looking for athletes who have special needs, unified partners to play alongside the athletes, and volunteer coaches. Free!
Connections
All Ages
Selected Fridays 6:30-8 p.m.
Our Connections series invites individuals with special needs of all ages along with their families to participate in fun events together. Through the program you will have a chance to meet other families and share resources while enjoying an evening out in an environment that welcomes your whole family. Each evening includes music, snacks, and activities!
