Payment Information
We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa & Discover. Make checks payable to BSRCC (Berkshire South Regional Community Center). A $25 returned check fee is applied to all checks with insufficient funds.
Monthly Payment Plan
Available for a 6-month or 1-year Membership, members can enjoy convenience and save money over month-to-month renewals with monthly electronic funds transfers (EFTs). Payments are made monthly via draft from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card. Under the Monthly Payment Plan you authorize Berkshire South Regional Community Center, Inc. and your bank to automatically withdraw monthly dues from your checking or savings account, or to charge your credit card for the monthly amount. Our dues are processed by Twin Oaks Software Development, Inc. We add a $20 service charge to all returned items.
Note: If you wish and qualify to discontinue your Monthly Payment Plan, you are required to provide Berkshire South Regional Community Center, Inc. with 30 days notice in writing. To cancel a membership, please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the Membership Form (available at the Front Desk). EFT Accounts with insufficient funds will be charged a $20 fee per return.
Important Membership Information
All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A Two-Parent Family consists of two adults and their dependents (to age 17/22 for full-time college students) living in the same household.
A Single-Parent Family consists of one adult and his/her dependents (to age 17/22 for full-time college students) living in the same household.
A family may request a special Babysitter’s Pass for use by a caregiver (under the family’s employ) in place of a parent. Ask the front desk attendant for more information.
Once in a 12-month period, a full-year member may freeze their membership for a period of up to 3 months for the following reasons only: serious illness; injury or surgery; death in the family or family crisis; return to school (college or high school); dual residency (one month or more).
Freeze requests must be made by completing the designated form at BSRCC 2 weeks prior to freeze start date.

Groups of 10 or more (Individuals, Families, Couples, etc.) purchasing 1-Year Memberships may receive a 10% discount. Groups must sign up on the same day.
