* A $25 returned check fee is applied to all checks with insufficient funds.

Monthly Payment Plan:
Available for 6-Month or 1-Year Memberships. Payments are made monthly via draft from a checking or savings account, or via a charge to a credit card. Under the Monthly Payment Plan you authorize Berkshire South Regional Community Center, Inc., and your bank to automatically withdraw monthly dues from your checking or savings account, or to charge your credit card for the monthly amount. Monthly dues will be charged as long as you are a member. Note: If you wish to discontinue your Monthly Payment Plan, you are required to provide Berkshire South Regional Community Center, Inc., with 30 days notice in writing. To cancel a Membership, please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the Membership Form (page 6)of the catalogue. Accounts with insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee per return.

Adult (18-64): $610/year, $330/half year, $70/month
Senior Adult (65+): $555/year, $300/half year, $65/month
Family/Couple/Domestic Partners: $830/year, $440/half year, $90/month
Single Parent Family: $665/year, $375/half year, $75/month
Youth (13-17): $200/year, $115/half year, $30/month
Student (must show ID): $445/year, $225/half year, $40/month

GROUP DISCOUNTS:Groups of 5 or More (Individuals, Families, Couples, etc.) purchasing 1-Year Memberships may receive a 15% Discount. Groups must sign up on the same day.

Important Membership Information:
|
| |
* All Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* A Two-Parent Family consists of two adults and their children (to age 17; 22 for full-time college students) living in the same household.
* A Single-Parent Family consists of one adult and his/her children (to age 17; 22 for full-time college students) living in the same household.
* A Family may request a special Babysitter's Pass for use by a caregiver (under the family's employ) in place of a parent. Ask the Front Desk Attendant for more information.
* Once in a 12-month period, 1-Year Members may freeze their Memberships for a period of up to 3 months for the following reasons only: serious illness; injury or surgery; death in the family or family crisis; return to school (college or high school); dual residency (one month or more). Freeze requests must be made by completing the designated form at the front desk 2 weeks prior to Freeze Start Date.
