Tickets for all non residents available for $3 per person Skateboard Clinics The skateboard clinic meets at Memorial Field Skateboard Park on Bridge Street in the town of Great Barrington. The focus will be on refreshing safety precautions and learning skills and rad moves. All levels of ability welcome. Skaters must have their own skateboard, helmet, knee and elbow pads and valid proof of health insurance. Please bring a proof of Health Insurance. Pre-registration is required. PREREGISTER: 083YT50 (A-F) 9:00am-12:00pm | Weekly fee | Members $115 | Guests $140 Jr Architect Design Workshop July 13-July 24, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-11:00am A two-week architecture design workshop students ages 11-14. Students learn about architecture and the design process, while incorporating math, visual, oral and written expression. Students will design a space, locate a real site, draw plans to scale and build a cardboard model. Members $200 | Guests $250 Enrollment for SUNSHINE PRESCHOOL is now open to the public! Sunshine is our state licensed and Nationally accredited nursery school for children 2 years 9 months to kindergarten ready. Children learn through play in this fun and educational hands on environment. Sunshine's hours of operation Monday thru Friday 8:30am-4:00pm. Action Adventures Bilingual Summer Camp Monday-Friday, June 22-August 28, 8:30am-5:30pm 5-12 years old - A fun-filled summer camp that integrates Spanish and English speaking students and teachers. Each week of activities will be infused with curriculum geared toward multiculturalism and diversity by inclusion of a variety of perspectives and discussion of social contexts. Pre-registration is required. To reserve your child's placement, 50% of the fee must be paid on or before May 15, 2009. |
Hours of Operation
Please note the Fitness Center and Gymnasium
close 15 minutes earlier than building closing. For staff development meetings, the Center will close at 3:30pm, September 27 and December 6. Summer Hours begin in June (through August): Monday-Friday, 6:00am-7:00pm; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Extended hours are available for outside groups at pre-arranged times.
