Seeking a qualified individual to manage outreach for Non-profit Community Center with over 160 intergenerational programs. Responsibilities include coordination of all marketing, graphic design & public relations of programs, services & events. Full Time Grants Writer/Manager:
Seeking a qualified individual to manage all aspects of grants writing and management. Will be responsible for administrative processes of seeking & implementing funding from grants & foundations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to foundation & IRS requirements; maintaining grant records; researching ongoing funding for organizational efforts; and providing information to the board & staff. Must have experience in grants writing and management, excellent attention to detail, a professional attitude & conduct, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Associate Director of Community Wellness & Active Living:
Seeking a qualified health and fitness professional to provide program development and manage grant outcomes, operations & outreach for full scope of programs and services related to community wellness and active living. Establish Berkshire South as central to serving and addressing issues related to health, education and wellness. Manage our NOAH programs focused on support groups, education and overall new opportunities for achieving health. 

Must have bachelors degree, two years of management experience and at least five years of demonstrated success in a relative field of experience (including but not limited to: personal training, group fitness instruction, physical education or program development).

Marketing & Public Relations Manager
Seeking a Marketing & Public Relations Manager for Non-Profit Community Center with over 125 intergenerational programs. Individual will be responsible for coordination of all marketing, graphic design and public relations of programs, services and events. Must have at least five years of related experience with marketing campaigns, branding, graphic design, target marketing, public relations, website development and overall outreach. Will work closely with all program and department heads to strategize the marketing efforts.

Individual must have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent writing skills, demonstrated success in the field and significant working knowledge of the Southern Berkshire Community. Experience on a PC Platform with Indesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Macromedia Dreamweaver preferred.

Volunteer Dance Chaperones

Berkshire South is seeking chaperones for our 6th-8th grade dances. Dances happen once per month from 7:00-9:00pm. What a great opportunity to channel into the energy of our youth!

Volunteers Needed

Berkshire South is always looking for community volunteers to help us with small, medium, and large projects. We are currently looking for volunteers for upcoming 92nd Street Y lectures, special events, community garden help, dance chaperones, administrative assistance, and more! If you are interested, we can find something for you!
