Available Positions Preschool Director Seeking a highly motivated, professional and experienced preschool leader with prior administrative/staff supervision experience for our preschool program. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with parents, staff, and children on a daily basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the highest quality program that meets all state licensing requirements; supervising, hiring, and training a group of dedicated teachers; promoting professional development and implementing an age appropriate curriculum. Responsible for planning, operations, funding, budget, supervision, outcomes and outreach. This is a full-time, year round benefited position. Candidate must be Massachusetts State certified Preschool Director 1 or 2. Candidate should have 5+ years experience in the field of early childhood education. Positions Qualified individuals needed for Early Drop Off & After School programs at Berkshire South, Muddy Brook, Farmington River and Monument Valley Homework Center sites. Individuals must have proper experience relative to position openings. Positions include Site Coordinators, group leaders and assistant group leaders at each site for the hours of 7-9am and 3-6pm M-F. Position requirements range from high school diploma through Bachelors degree and experience ranging from 3 months – 9 months with school age students.
