Our Monthly FREE Lecture series continues on Wednesday, May 21st from 7 pm to 8 pm with Heart Health with Kristine Bahr, MS Nutritionist & Counselor. Kristine will offer practical ideas and suggestions for improving heart health through simple changes in diet and exercise. Please plan to join us! Members are FREE; guests pay just $3.00 per person.
